Return and change policy
1. Confectionery Company Autograph-Cake Atelier Ordering Return Or Exchange conditions:
1.1. Confectionery company Autograph-Cake Atelier, in accordance with the policy of returning or changing the product, gives the customer the opportunity to immediately return or change the purchased product immediately after receiving the order in case it does not visually or in size match the parameters specified in the order.
2. Ordering Return Or To change Rule:
2.1. If you want to return the order, please contact the call center of the Confectionery Autograph-Cake Atelier in advance and inform them about the desire to return the product, as well as the arguments for returning the order.
2.2. The policy of returning or changing the order is valid in case of significant defect found upon inspection upon receipt.
2.3. In case of request for return or change of the order, the buyer must submit to the courier a document confirming the payment, as well as the identity of the customer and the order number. Documents can be submitted in both printed and electronic form.
3. Ordering Return Or switch It is possible In the following cases:
3.1. The order received does not match the description posted on the website.
3.2. The order is damaged during transportation.
3.3. The agreed delivery time of the order was significantly violated by the confectionery autograph-cake atelier.
4. Remuneration Rule:
4.1. Confectionery company Autograph-Cake Atelier, in case the Customer wishes to return the order, undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the amount paid by him in the product 100%, in case of violation of 3.1- 3.2 - 3.3 of the given return or change policy. At the same time, the customer is obliged to present a document confirming the payment. The document can be submitted in both printed and electronic form.
4.2. Refunds can only be made by non-cash payment by crediting the customer to the bank account.
4.3. The confectionery company will reimburse the customer for the cost of the purchased product, in accordance with the rules and in the amount established by this policy, within 5 (five) working days.
5. Of products Return Or To change Procedure:
5.1. If the Customer requests the return of the product with proper justification provided by this Policy, upon receipt of the order, the Customer shall promptly fix the incident at the Call Center, after which the Courier will be given confirmation of the return of the Product.
5.2. The returned product will be replaced within a pre-agreed period between the confectionery company Autograph-Cake Atelier and the customer.
5.3 Replacement is possible only with a product of the same design, the same size and the same weight, one by one. It is not allowed to replace the product with another product.
